Creating the concept frames for the film "Mecanoscrit del Segon Orígen" (Second origin typescript ) was a very special and rewarding experience for us, as the film is based on arguably one of the most influential science-fiction novels of Spanish literature, one that has captured the imagination on Catalan youngsters for over three decades. When Antartida approached us, their only command was that we had to find 5 or 6 locations, and then we would have total freedom to recreate a post-apocaliptic world. In order to do so, we embarked with photographer Marc Ambros in a short road-trip that was to take us to a bleak, devastated future
